Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
Information entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside company operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. Eagle County Warrant Records does not retain or record those search terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email or other direct message may be kept long enough to respond and maintain the related correspondence. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is legally required.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our servers automatically receive basic technical information when a page loads:
- The IP address assigned to your device
- Which browser you are using and its version
- Your device type and operating system
- The pages you visited and how long you stayed on each
- The site that sent you here, if any
- Timestamps for each page view
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files placed on a device to help measure use, including popular pages and exit points. Analytics providers combine this traffic information. Browser controls can block cookies, though doing so may change how some features work.
What We Do With This Data
- Keeping the site up, running, and loading quickly
- Sending your search requests to the right partner service
- Figuring out which pages people find useful and which need work
- Tracking down and fixing technical issues
- Showing ads that may line up with your interests
No Warrant Data on File
Eagle County Warrant Records does not host, compile, maintain, or sell a database of warrants or personal warrant records. It explains how to reach Eagle County Combined Courts, municipal clerks, and the Eagle County Sheriff's Office. Colorado has no single official public statewide warrant search. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party profiles.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the search boxes. Their privacy policies, retention rules, and disclosure practices govern information submitted to them. Those practices are outside our control, so review the provider's terms before entering a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Eagle County agencies, Colorado court resources, legal services, or outside tools. Once a visitor leaves this domain, the destination's privacy policy applies. Review it before sharing personal information.
Advertising companies may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and select ads. We do not operate that tracking.
Who Might See Your Data
We do not sell personal data. Some information may end up with:
- Search partners that handle queries you run on our site
- Analytics services we use to track traffic and performance
- Ad networks that place ads on our pages
- Law enforcement or government bodies when a valid legal order requires it
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable security practices are used to protect collected information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so a breach or unauthorized access cannot be ruled out.
Users Under 18
This resource is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Notice of such information may be used to locate and delete it.
Your Data Rights
Rights vary with the law that applies where a visitor lives. CORA and the Colorado Criminal Justice Records Act govern records held by public custodians, not private visitor data on this website. Court records also follow CJD 05-01. Subject to applicable privacy and consumer law, a person may:
- Ask for a copy of what we have on file about you
- Have us fix information that is wrong
- Request that we erase your data
- Opt out of certain kinds of data processing
